Let's talk about VIVA.
Yesterday, I fully realised what VIVA stands for.
Vivien Is Very Annoyed.
You see, the VIVA question was more of a qian4 bian3 wen4 da2 ti2 (as described by Chiyu) than anything.
It was on Heat (gasp!) and here goes.

Is that a wise choice? Support your answer with evidence.
Believe me, sitting there in the lab made my brain dead, and when I saw the question I was like, What the hell?
There were 3 teachers/invigilators/torturors whatever, and one was our physics teacher, lim, the other was koh, and another one was some relieve teacherish guy I don't know. Sorry for using their surnames so crudely..
Anyway, LUCKILY i didn't get lim (Mr), and got Koh (Mr). HENG ARH.
Chiyu and Jingmei got lim and chiyu said she saw him typing in a '0' in his laptop. Anyway, I was sitting in front of the teacher, and I guess I was rambling on about how mercury had a lower heat capacity and how water was a better cooling agent and I-dunno-what nonsense, and there he (koh) was, prompting and prompting and prompting and prompting. AND prompting.
I either had a borderline pass or a shitty (like 4.5/10 or 1/10) fail. YUP. Bad day.Oh, met Mrs Tan, and we told her about the VIVA question and she was like 'If it was me I would ask them 'would you put mercury in you car?''. lol.
Yes, the comic was of NO COMMON SENSE. I mean what dumb, boneheaded idiot would feel his car with mercury??? But then again I shoud thank __________(whoever) for setting a Heat question. Looks like i'll not be having recess and lunch for 2 months. Good, cos I bet I'm 5 kg heavier because of this stupid holiday. It wasn't even fun.
Tata.
