Today was a good day.
I LOVE BSP SYMPOSIUM! IT IS SUCH AN INGENIOUS IDEA, WE SHOULD DO IT TWICE A YEAR!!
So anyway today was THE ultimate slackest Friday since the start of the JC 1 school life. No chem, GP discuss about alien life, I mean, this sort of things happen only once in a lifetime!!!
Oh, and since there wasn't CCA, it was doubly slack, and guess what, I made a great discovery today.
It is even more shocking than the human-alien relationship of sorts.
GET THIS: THERE IS LIFE OUT OF SCHOOL, AND SCHOOLWORK!!!!!!
Oh my god, don't you just wanna run around naked shouting "Eureka!"?
Well, it's like this, Yunxuan, Chi Ching, Choo Weilin, Cecilia and I, we decided to brave the world outside, we went to do something which none has done before.
We took a break from schoolwork and went out for dinner. We actually took a risk, and we...gasp, SLACKED!!
AND GUESS WHAT, there really exists a world beyond studying!!
We went to uncharted areas, some Sakae outlet in Tiong Bahru, and even more exciting, we did something other than school related stuff, we talked about something other than school related topics. WE EXPERIENCED SOMETHING NEVER BEFORE SEEN, DONE, ER, EXPERIENCED!
And you know, I really suggest you all go out once in a while, even if that would mean wasting time which could have been spent on tutorials. I mean, you have one life, enjoy it while you can, homework is just printed paper, easily destroyed, insignificant in the context of your many years ahead. So once in a while, really slack.
Seriously.
And you can also consider us as groundbreakers in your PW (darn) PI.
Oh well. G'night.

Yo people!
I have decided to get over my emo mood and blog about happy stuff!
That is, if there were any happy stuff to blog about in the first place.
Hmm, let me think.
Oh, yes, anyone interested in going out? As in going out and basically slacking for a whole day, I don't care if it's watching a movie or eating lunch or throwing money down wells, I don't care, I just want a day where we can go out and where "out" doesn't imply the Mount Sinai campus. I mean, I would rather go visit the old campus for old time's sake. Wouldn't that be a meaningful outing, then, we can eat Katong Laksa for lunch and go to Bugis since it is so conveniently near. Ahh, the good ole' days, the bygone era, all the nostalgia...
SERIOUSLY.
I need a break!! Don't try be funny arh, I know I have always been slacking, but slacking doesn't count, okay?
Besides, slacking is an art in it's own right.
Never mind, you all non-slackers out there will never understand.
I have a mental block now, I don't know what to blog about. Oh well.
I know that dread going to school tomorrow. Like, w-h-o c-a-r-e-s-?
Okay, I shouldn't be so mean lar. It's kinda interesting, all the tongue twister things. No, I'm not being sarcastic.
So, anyway, here's some:
-Fresh fruits for free <>
-Tongue twisters twists twits tongues tightly <>
YEP.
And here's a cool pic:
See how we fully synchronise? In ascending order leh!!

Yunxuan, Soke May, Jamie, Ada, Chip, Francesca, Weilin and I have officially become the SPH Conservation Ambassadors for the Zoo!!
Cool, yeah?
Yeah, I know, we are cool people.
There's the talk on improving your interview skills tomorrow. Sure is helpful. That is, if you are given a chance to even get a scholarship in the first place. To apply and succeed in getting a scholarship, you need great testimonials and long, long, long, long portfolios listing all your achievements and all that.
What do I have?
SECTION B: ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENTS
These are some of my key academic achievements ...
1.
Getting into EM12. Getting into Dunman High School
3. Getting A1 for Mathematics last year
SECTION C: CCA CONTRIBUTIONS/ACHIEVEMENTS
These are some of my contributions to / achievements in my CCA(s) ...
1. Joining SYF in 2005 and getting a gold with my choir
2. Being a loyal member who goes for all choir practices
3. Singing with all my might and spirit every time I sing in the choir
Okay, so I'm being kind of sarcastic in my answers, but seriously, I DON'T HAVE MIND-BLOWING ACHEIVEMENTS!!
That's why all I can do is treat this 45 bucks talk as a joke cum sleeping session.
I mean, the school could have used the $45 to treat us to a meal or they could have just given us the money! I mean, hello, I think the money would have benefited me more than some lame-o talk.
Seriously.
But anyway, who cares about that. There are more important things to talk about.
Like how Cave has already sent the others the GP email but we haven't received it from you-know-who. What is she going to do? Send it tomorrow so that we really only have 1 1/2 hours to do? SO UNFAIR!! I'm starting to hate writing essays.
Actually, I'm starting to hate going to school, something which within the 10 years or so in my life of proper schooling, has
NEVER happened before. I'm starting to hate the way things are done, I'm starting to hate some of the whole system, and I just hate it that the school is starting to degrade so much, you know, with all the juniors and all.
I DON'T FEEL THE ZEST IN LEARNING ANYMORE!! (Not that I really ever did)
If it weren't for all the cool people in school, I guess I would have quitted school (theoretically, since my parents would never allow that). Now I just can't see the reason for studying, taking all those ridiculous tests that I'm bound to fail (*cough*chem*cough*) just to get into University, then what? Get a boring office job and work to your death? Or, since you decide that you are a failure of sorts,
go become a teacher? (As in, those who can't, teach). Okay, I don't deny that some teachers are really passionate, and love their jobs, and really care about their students, and inspire them all, but how often do you come across such teachers? Nowadays, teachers are biased, shallow, flirtatious (old maids and old fat men), lousy (in all aspects), verbally unclear, and basically do not command any respect. Where did all the good teachers go? Oh yeah, into retirement. The new batch of shit teachers just want to get posts quick, get sucked up to, and be the in-charge of SCs so as to get onto the covers of the School Yearbook.
About the yearbook, why them? It's not like they are a walk to remember, unless you were reminiscing about the irritating memories of old. Dammit, even a picture of the altar the canteen always sets up during the seventh lunar month would have been a more memorable walk than majority of the people shown in the picture.
Okay, I guess I sound a bit incoherent.
Don't be fooled, today was an enjoyable day, I'm just bearing grudges.
Yeah for Ben&Jerry's discounts!!!!
